About Signature LEDs™
LED illumination saves energy. And Colite's newest product line, Signature LEDs™, are sought out by leading retailers and sign designers above other LED illumination products because they can illuminate letters and shapes that are too small (or contain strokes that are too narrow) to be illuminated internally without compromising brand integrity.Signature LEDs™ use LEDs (light emitting diodes) inside routed acrylic; the result is a solid, completely sealed, completely illuminated letter or logo. The illumination style is then determined by covering and/or revealing parts of the letter. Because Signature LEDs™ are completely solid, they are appropriate for indoor and outdoor applications.
Low voltage Signature LEDs™ can provide a level of fire and personal safety not offered by conventional lighting systems while using 60% less power than neon or fluorescent lamps. The energy savings are allaying the conservation concerns of even the most savvy consumers.
Signature LEDs™ are manufactured at a 1 3/16" (30mm) depth, and have a standard stroke minimum of 5/8". The result is a sleek look, and illumination that is bright and consistent.
